St. Paul’s Hall Rental is available for Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Graduations, or any special occasion you may have. See the application form at the bottom of this page.

PREVAILING PRICE LIST
REVISED 1-01-2010

IN PARISH RENTAL……………………………….$550.00

OUT OF PARISH RENTAL……………………… $650.00

PLUS: $3.00 PER GUEST PREPAYMENT - This is only an estimated charge for the consumable items listed below and you will be charged based on actual usage. It has been shown that if you estimate the number of guests fairly closely this estimate will come very close to covering all of the charges below.

BEER………………………………………………. $140.00 PER 1/2 BARREL

SOFT DRINKS……………………………………. $1.00 PER PERSON

POTATO CHIPS/PRETZELS……………………… $10.00 PER CAN

PLASTIC CUPS……………………………………. $6.00 PER 100

PAPER GOODS

$20.00 (setup under 200)
$30.00 (setup under 300)
$40.00 (setup under 400)

Hall Rental Includes:

Set-up of tables and chairs
White plastic table covers
Bridal table and cake table covered and skirted
Catering tables and dj table
Two bartenders

Over 300 people an additional bartender is required ($35.00)

Over 4 hr period $150 per hour

Hall must be vacated no later than 1:00 a.m.

You must remove anything you wish to keep (i.e. decorations, left-overs etc.) or cleanup will dispose of them.

Deposit with signed contract is $250. If you cancel, we will refund $125.00.

You must prepay the balance due 30 days before your scheduled event.
